About Us

Project Impact Arts In Education is a non-profit organization that has been making a positive impact on children since 1964. We serve the state of New Jersey, and New York’s Rockland, Westchester, Orange, Sullivan, and Putnam Counties.

We provide Assemblies, Artist-in-the-Classroom Workshops, Long and Short-Term Residencies and Professional Staff Development Programs.

We encourage early and sustained participation in the Arts for all children and we recognize the Arts as a universal language, which kindles the human spirit and provides a vehicle for self-expression.

Our goal is to promote communities of students, teachers, parents and artists who share literacy in the Arts and to educate and stimulate students in becoming informed future audiences and arts consumers.

Project Impact artists are talented professionals, who have the very special ability to work with and reach children in a way that makes learning exciting and enjoyable.

In schools we work with teachers, coordinators and parents to select the programs that will best enhance their students’ curriculum.

We also provide programs for children, adults and families to Public Libraries, D.A.R.E./Municipal Alliance groups, Recreation Departments and other community-based organizations.

ACCESSIBILITY: Project Impact Arts In Education will work with you to insure that all persons can benefit from our programs.  711  Large Print
